I have tried a couple of Laurie’s 8 week programmes, these were tailored to fit my goals.
These were both awesome, we set goals that were achievable so could see results so I wouldn’t become discouraged. I chose to do all my workouts from home, Laurie designed my programmes around the equipment I already had.
I have also worked out a couple of times in small groups, great work outs for all of our fitness levels.
Laurie pushed us all to our limits and kept the workouts fun!
